







We usually despatch orders placed before 3:00pm (Mon-Fri) the same day, so you should normally expect delivery within 3-5 working days after placing your order. However, at certain times of the year (eg. Christmas, Valentines Day) orders may take slightly longer due to increased demand.
All orders delivered to UK addresses are despatched via Royal Mail First Class / Parcel Service or City Link Expres Delivery, so please have your orders sent to an address where there will be someone to sign for them between 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays.
Please allow extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Please call Absolutely Babyliss on (01925) 496 682 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) to obtain a returns number (RA number) before sending any goods back to us.
This is very important as some goods have different procedures for return. This will enable faster processing of your return. Returns numbers are issued for your protection, this is your only reference.
No returns enquiries will be dealt with without a valid RA number.
Any goods sent back without a Returns Number clearly stated on the outside of the Packet/Parcel will be refused.
All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery to Absolutely Babyliss, Suite 1, 1 St. Helens Close, Hollins-Green, Warrington, Cheshire, WA3 6JG (unless otherwise instrtucted by our staff at time of issuing an RA number). Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.
Absolutely Babyliss advise you for your own protection to retain a proof of postage in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit. Absolutely Babyliss requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible, with labels in tact. Goods must be unused, unsoiled and in re-saleable condition.
Absolutely Babyliss Ltd is entitled to make a charge for damaged or missing items this may affect the total amount credited to you.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing).
The consumer protection (distance selling) regulations require that the consumer will provide written notice of a cancellation within 7 working days. The 7 working days start from the day after the day the consumer recieves the goods.
Absolutely Babyliss is entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting the goods from the consumer and deduct this from the refund. If the packaging is damaged or items are missing this may effect the total amount credited to you.
Absolutely Babyliss retains the right to levy a charge on cancelled orders to cover delivery and handling costs. (This applies to orders which have been dispatched before notifiaction in writing form you)
Once Absolutely Babyliss receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Absolutely Babyliss Ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order less any delivery or administration charges.
